Ever played with zip ties? These are the same idea! Loop the pointy end through the 'belt' loop, slide the loop on your finger and tighten until desired fit. The arrow indicates your correct ring size!
Too loose? Tighten for a snug fit. Too tight? Loosen to get the perfect it. Remember, your ring needs to fit over your knuckles as well! Rings don't expand, so it's probably better to be on the safe side.
