This is a remarkable vintage Navajo inlaid waterbird silver squash blossom necklace. This impeccable necklace contains 11 outstanding inlaid silver waterbirds. The largest being the naja pendant measures a whopping 2-1/4" X 2-1/4" and each of the squashes measure around 1-1/4" X 7/8". The inlay on this necklace include chip inlaid turquoise and coral stones, such beautiful workmanship. Resting throughout the rest of the necklace are marvelous handmade round silver beads with a traditional silver clasp. Sterling silver. Cir. Mid century .
