This is a magnificent vintage Santo Domingo huge necklace handmade by the Lovato family. This museum quality necklace contains 7 huge blue turquoise stones with the bottom center stone being a large and tremendous teardrop shaped stone that measures around 2" X 1-1/4" and a whopping 1/2" thick! Resting throughou the stones are impeccable graduating disc shaped jet stones. The jet stones measure around 3/8" in diameter to a mind blowing 3/4" in diameter. Jet is a very soft stone with a very vibrant look. Resting on each end of the necklace are two silver cones with a traditonal silver clasp. Sterling silver. Artist Lovato Family .
